Neethu, Chairman

• Founder and chairman of the group
• Extensive experience in the agribusiness industry and has been involved in the grains, edible oils and oilseeds businesses
• Prior to Energy Solutions, Mrs. Neethu has worked for large commodity companies such as Wilmar and Cargill across the globe gaining experience of food businesses
• Her experience of oil trading was instrumental in setting up benchmarking processes at Energy Solutions which are of international standards and critical for handling quality control and fluctuating commodity prices
• Bachelor in economics and certifications in international trade, Mrs. Neethu believe that on the ground experience has benefitted her immensely combined with his understanding of economics to structure trades and devise risk management practices
• Mrs Neethu is active in sports and spend his weekends playing football and badminton. she is also avid traveller
• At Energy Solutions , we value both experience and qualification. We believe that education gives you foundation to think creatively but experience build on this foundation to resolve crisis situation and handling business
• Our team is qualified in agri commodities, finance and risk management. We have over 200 man years of commodity business experience
